eCRM for retailer

For one of the major Danish banks, Presys is developing a sales system for retailing based on intranet and extranet. Later, parts of the system are to run via the Internet. The system is designed for the entire sales process from choice of model and equipment, order processing, pricing, financing, and credit rating to the preparation of the final contract. The system includes document handling, case work and case management. The documents are forwarded to the Danish Central Customs and Tax Administration. Models, equipment etc. are to be entered into the system as a stock control system by the importers to prevent salesmen from selling non-compatible spare parts.

Furthermore, the stock control system manages times of delivery. The system is based on WebSphere, which is to be integrated with Domino and DB2. Presys handles project management including time estimates, architecture, analysis, design, programming and testing.
